After spending time abroad and traveling the world, Tia left the Army and settled in Sarasota, FL. Tia has over 17 years experience in purchasing, contracting, sales, marketing, and corporate leadership. Tia has a B.S. and M.S in Engineering Management and is general contractor in over a dozen states.

Justin Laurie's previous position was Vice President of Construction at Taylor Morrison with 18 years of residential construction experience. Justin is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida holds a Bachelor’ degree from Arizona State University and a Masters degree from Webster’s University.  Prior to Justin’s construction career, he had the privilege of serving in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer leaving at the rank of Captain after several combat tours around the world. Mr. Laurie a former native of Minnesota is an avid offshore fisherman.
